Peptide Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory materials, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

No Returns or Exchanges

For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptides, biologics, or research materials once they have left our facility. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Opened or unopened vials
• Temperature-sensitive products
• Products that have been stored outside controlled conditions

We cannot verify handling or storage conditions after delivery.
